Absolutely! Pilates is highly adaptable. We recommend starting with our Mat Foundations or Beginner Reformer classes. Our instructors will guide you through the basics safely.
We provide high-quality mats and all necessary equipment for all classes. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid clothing with prominent zippers or buckles that could damage the equipment. Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes for safety and hygiene.
Pilates is excellent for rehabilitation, but it's crucial to get clearance from your doctor first. Please inform your instructor of any injuries before class begins so they can provide necessary modifications, or consider booking a Private Clinical session.
